Haven is not a direct access hostel. Assessments are made at interview in order to ensure community safety and that the needs of each applicant can be met. Completed application forms should be sent to the Haven office along with any relevant information. All data is treated with strictest confidentiality and used only to meet the applicants’ housing needs. New applications are given the earliest appointment available and will be allocated property according to the appropriateness of the referral and the availablility of accommodation.
